Are you still using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer to surf the great wide net, then this post will try to persuade you not to do so, using the most bugged browser ever is just like using a broken surfboard to surf on a tsunami.
Turn to others
Nobody is asking you to buy another browser, the web is full of FREE great browsers. Don’t take the popularity factor a major one in considering to switch to another browser since you would be telling yourself that everybody “you know” is still using Internet Explorer, infact everybody is making the move to more secured, more stable browsers with lots of exhilarating features. To get you on the track, here’s a list of the best browser you could ever offer yourself at no cost:
Are you a mobile dude? Using your smart little phone to get you connected to the net, then alternative browser for your mobile phone is also available :
Does portable means moving around everywhere with that USB stick of yours, then carry along your browser the whole way:
Just to mention some…of course if you know any browser that should be part of the list, just pop it through a comment just below
buggy is Internet Explorer
It’s just all over the place, bugs, that’s something Internet Explorer would offer you by tonnes. Don’t believe me, just head to Browser Fun, the site’s purpose is to unveil an Internet Explorer’s bug every day for the month of July.
bland, no taste
Just how many people use Internet Explorer? Aren’t they tired of seeing just the same stuff splashed on their face the same way? I’m talking about that interface of IE which is so difficult to modify compared to ready-made themes offered to download at one click that would cloth that Firefox of yours in seconds. Just choose the one that suits you and get to have a fresh look when you turn your browser on.
it’s unfunctional
Nowadays browsing is not just about consulting pages but also getting the services from the web delivered to you the way you want it so easily and that’s where extensions from Firefox and Flock comes in, to get you being more productive with your browser. A click to install and a click to enjoy! That’s so unfunctional from Internet Explorer, no extension then that’s just telling us how primitive it is
In fact you know, I think I might just pull out the tons of reasons offered to you on the Firefox’s homepage but I’m just going to provide you the link : just peep a look at them if you want!
geeks are switching, so why not you?
Those who know what the net really means and how it functions are making the switch to other, better browsers. So I think it’s time to get motivated by them and do the same. They know the gibberish of WHY? So we just know that it’s better if we follow the trail. In fact a whole lot of campaign is being conducted by the leaders of the industry to persuade you to be more sensible and getting the best out from your browser. Hey, you might also get some bucks if you persuade others to do the switching
get to display my pages better!
The web is moving towards better standards and better way of designing your webpages through stuffs like CSS but that’s just too difficult for Internet Explorer to follow. Internet Explorer just deface the whole lots of stuff, it’s like we’re throwing a group of Martians to it and so it just don’t know how to speak their languages.
Is that all?
NO! Because that’s just a drop of water in the ocean, there are whole lots of reasons in considering to kick off that Internet Explorer of yours, do it and one thing at least I can assure you : you will feel much better! But now, could the one shipping with Vista, Internet Explorer 7 play it more smartly or be better secured? Now, you tell me! What do you think of that Internet Explorer of yours and why are you still using it(if that’s the case), I’m trying to persuade you to do the switch, you might persuade me to stick to Internet Explorer despite those little reasons I’ve just thrown. Who knows? My comment form may be the way to it…
