I recently changed my theme to a 2 Column one which I called Fusion with the thought of emphasing on the different section/pages I have on this blog. I also came up with the idea of incorporating the RSS icon directly into the banner so that it can be easily noticed.
My previous one which I called MyJournal and which most people did like and still prefer was listing those pages only at the sidebar. There was another reason that I did change to a new theme. It was just because I thought releasing MyJournal to the public in some days and make it available for download.
Today I’ve decided to revert to me previous theme MyJournal and welcome all feedbacks and suggestions that you would like to make it a better theme so that people who would download it would really enjoy it. The live and demo version is my blog itself with the changes you suggested and improvements as they come in. The theme is for the time being:
- 3 Columns with the 2 sidebars at the right
- Widget friendly(drag and drop to manipulate section/components of your sidebar
- SEO Optimised
- Lightning fast
- Light minimalist
- Easy navigation bar on the left appearing at any instance of scrolling pointing you to the home,rss feeds,contact page and any more that you can further add
Updates:
- Added header navigation bar with banner incorporating RSS icon. I shall offer the banner with the download without the BlogoSquare heading though. Thanks to Nym for the tip.
- Added title tip when hovering on any links so that you can help your visitors by giving details of the specified link. You’ll only have to add the title tag in the link and this will get displayed. Thanks to Nym again

I prefer this one to the previous (black, the one you had yesterday).
The nav bar to the right which follows the reader is a very good idea and quite comprehensive (but it was better with infobulles, i think)
But the banner is missing (or at least something bigger than the tiny ‘blogosquare’ at the bottom of the sidebar). Moreover if you want to release it, it would be better to have a thing (banner so) to easily personalize the design.

haha lol….. yeah I think that will be my fixed and permanent theme…..I just love tinkering with the design..perhaps too perfectionist lol..that’s why I’m in hunt for releasing wp themes lol
so got a feedback for this permanent stay with MyJournal??? any new features you would like?
It will be great if the font of the theme was a little more readable, I prefer Trebe MS would be nice.
The font size also needs a little adjustment, a little more bigger one would be nice.
The tooltip is also looking cool

hey ni-san I told ya not to bother about theme now….you’ve got an exam and a project to complete….so what the heck are you doing with theme dev…hein??? 57% complete…that’s below average……..get up and complete there first…… I’ll be waiting for you before designing another new one
