Starting from today itself, I decided to abide by these resolutions to help you my readers get along with what I would be doing and sticking to for the following 2 months. I created a button/image in my sidebar linking to this post and whenever a new major resolution gets in the list, I shall link to the new list from the sidebar.

Confused state

I came up with this idea because I change too many things in here and sometimes new readers can’t follow or more get pissed off which I fully understand and assume the fault. One day you could see a theme/design, the next morning something different moving everything somewhere else! Sometimes a new event emerge requiring me to put on the ads mask and somehow later I just feel I’m not the ads guy and remove them all for an ad-free blog.

So for the sake of myself knowing what I want and to stabilise things here, this is my blog honour pledge for the following 2 months. If you like this idea you can do so too on your blog with your own list of blog pledge to stick to and pick me button to use it :

1. 1. I shall stick to this theme for the next 2 months without changing any design elements or placements. Could you please see whether everything works from your browser and signal me of any anamoly?
2. 2. I will turn on ads to collect some pennies for the upcoming events that I would be organising. *surprise, surprise*. I’m still thinking on the prizes and the more I can collect through ads the better the prizes(3 in all). I’ve thought of a Flickr Pro account, a year hosting at MediaTemple,your own domain name(.com) and more to come in.
3. 3. I won’t change the naming conventions of any of my links : which I occasionally do from Wordpress themes to themes, blogroll to squarelinkers,about me to colophon, etc…
4. 4. I will be updating this blog at an interval of every 3 days. Sometimes I just think that people might have already find this stuff or news and don’t care writing it since I want to provide them the best information I can come with. I just don’t want to duplicate their RSS contents. But I’ve decided from now on to share anything that I consider interesting and just don’t leave those juicy bits in my Firefox bookmarks or del.icio.us account.
5. 5. I’m keeping UBSquare as my blogroll so please consider joining in so that I can track my favs blog if you’re a frequent visitor or just new in here! So at last I’m removing the Squarelinkers section
6. 6. I shall be updating me latest favs utube section in the 1st lower sidebar with new YouTube videos every 3 days so do leave your Feed Readers and jump in here to check for some great stuffs. I will link to where I found them so if you’ve got one you like and feel sharing, just send me the link through my contact form and I shall link back to you
7. 7. This blog shall be available in 3 languages version : French, German and Spanish. Spot the flag in the left nav bar and just click to have all the content here in your favourite language
8. 8. I will make it a must to publish some Wordpress hacks,tips and tricks in the near future. I just got some in my repository but forget to publish them each time. Look at my sidebar and you will see quick-shooting stats of my blog and I’ll also show you how to make yourself the most rocking blogroll.
9. 9. I will do more link linking in the near future sharing the link love to send you the most rocking posts I’ve stumbled upon

So that’s it…my promise to you my reader. If I don’t keep them : you’ve got the right to flame my blog how much you like it lol so that I can make sure to stick to them for sure
