If you like to design themes and templates for your favourite platform : Blogger,Wordpress,BlogSome or Hi5 and want to win these fabulous prizes :

Then just follow on to know how to participate and get home with one of the above.

how to participate

Send me the details of your design/themes/templates in the following format : theme name,author name,link to live demo,platform(Wordpress,Blogger,Hi5) with a screenshot of your design at my mail address my mail address. The design can be for any platform be it Blogger,Wordpress,Hi5,BlogSome or others. If you ever happen to tweak or change it, just send me a new screenshot and I’ll update accordingly. You can send in as many designs you want.

Please note that the design should be your own work. Works qualified as mere mods or from other designer will not be accepted.

how it works

On submission I’ll add your details in the submitted area below and visitors will be able to vote for you. A minimum of 200 votes is required so that you may enter the competition in the participants section which would allow you to be eligible for the above prizes. You can put the following badge on your blog/site(linking to this post) if you have submitted your design/template so that people can vote for you :

vote for my design See all available badge size here. If you don’t like that one, I’ll be making more or you can just use your own version making sure to link to the this post

The winners will be those with the most number of votes. If there are equal votes then there will be a draw. The competition will end only when the one with the most votes(greater than 200) is still at the top for a consecutive of 2 weeks.

One such prominent name is that of yahoo hosting company. Using a wireless communication card, the site can be uploaded from any where. Online backups can be kept to avoid data loss.

    it would be great to send in even your draft pal, who knows someone might fall in love with it…. do spread the word about the competition…. to your friends.. that would be a great fun stuff

    as for the paypal stuff I’ve not put Mauritius so I can’t even touch any money there.. as I said in my sidebar all the revenues I get goes into sponsoring the competition…. I thought about more great prizes like ipod, shuffle, etc….

    not at all bro… I don’t have any control on any ratings there above… that’s why I came with the vote system… you see a person can vote only once… so for me I can vote for once…. that’s it and the winner is not determined by my choice or likings but the number of overall votes….

    I thought emailing you about joining bro…. it would be great fun to have you up there…. could you please spread the word about it on your blog or to your friends….

    Unfortunately my theme coding has yet to begin.

    I just took one of Brian Gardeners (sp?) and tweaked it a little.

    Should be trying more soon though.

    I’m not sure whether I should participate (I already have hosting and a pro Flickr account, so I don’t need those things) or help out with donations. Not sure, but I will definitely plug it.

    thanks for your comment David :) hey buddy it’s just for the fun and I find your theme on your blog really cool and it would be great to have you up there…. the importance is to participate and share the fun…. if you want to submit any work you qualify good, you might send them too and this could be an opportunity for you to get great feedbacks on your design at the same time by the people voting and testing the sites :)

    the idea behind is simple buddy, someone submit a theme, gets votes, on the 200 enters the participants section and the one with the most votes win.

    I was thinking of putting a board of jury for choosing the best one in the most voted section among the participants… how about you joining in? would that be fun?

    do let me know what you think of this… I thought contacting you through your blog but it’s been down since some time…

    it’s just for the fun, you know :) it would really be great if you could submit your designs here and get voted and this could be infact an opportunity indeed to know what people think on it in front of others…. I”m thinking of including this script to allow people to comment on the design in question :) what do you say?

    the importance as any competition is to be in there :) and thanks indeed for your generous thoughts about the donation :)

    sure buddy, you can get in even if your template is not made available for downloads…. there isn’t any condition asking you to release the theme…. you just have to send in your details so that people can vote for your OWN design…

    Hi Hans,

    Looks like a fun competition! I’d enter but I’m naked right now! Give me a couple of days for the Naked Day function to wear off and I will send mine in.

    I like the use of the voting system too, by the way.

    :cool: congrats Ben on making it to the 200 votes, now as you perhaps know from the competition’s guideline I’ll be putting you into the participant’s section where you can be entitled for the prizes if you ever win. Now what separates you from the prizes is holding that first position among the 2nd and 3rd participants(that’s when they make it there). Do keep in touch.
